1. Can I join this event by virtual run ?

No. The W4H 2024 run event will be held physically and is not available in hybrid or online.

2. When will the registration date be closed? 

Registration of the W4H 2024 run event will close on 31 August 2024 or when the total entry reaches 5,000 entries.

3. Minimum age for joining WFH 2024 ?

The minimum age for participants is 14 years and above. However, participants under the age of 14 may appear with the adult escort and obtain the permission of the parent/ guardian before participating in the event.

4. How did my registration be done?

Upon completion of the registration, you will receive a registration confirmation by email.

5. I have signed up but didn't receive the confirmation email, what should I do?

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check in the Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social or other tab folder in your order box (inbox).

If you still do not find it, please contact the Technical Secretariat (HELPDESK) at 011-2137 0680 (WhatsApp only) by including your details such as your full name, identity card number, email address and proof of your payment.

5.Can I transfer my registration to others if I can't attend this event?

No. Participant registration for this event cannot be transferred. It is reminded that any payment / purchase will not be returned once the participant is completing the registration.

6.May I get refund if I plan not to attend this event after registration ?

Cannot be refunded upon completion of registration.

7. Do I need to do a Covid-19 test before participating in this event?

No. However, you are encouraged to conduct self -examination and health and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) under the transition phase to the endemic #reacopeningsafely.

8. I am a non -Malaysian runner and are currently working / studying in Malaysia. Can I follow this event

I understand that by participating in this event, I must agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Participation in the event carries risks of injury or death from various causes, and participants must be aware of the hazards involved.
• Participants must be appropriately trained and in good physical condition to compete in the event.
• Participants release all individuals and organizations associated with the event from any liability for injuries or damages and indemnify them against claims arising from participation.
• Participants consent to receiving necessary medical treatment during or after the event.
• Participants acknowledge the importance of safety precautions and their responsibility to understand and follow them.
• Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for event promotion and the use of drones for capturing event footage.
• Participants are responsible for the security of their personal possessions.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, entry fees will not be refunded.
• Participants agree to their name and contact details being included in the event database for promotional purposes.
• Participants agree to comply with all race rules and directions from the event organizer.
• Participants consent to any necessary changes in the event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If under 18 years old, participants require a legal guardian's approval and supervision during the event.
• All the medals, shirts, and e-certificates are currently in the proposed design stage and are subject to further confirmation and finalization.
